We provide Artisanal cooking classes. Our focus is teaching the science of bread. Quail Hollow Kitchens has been voted Best Food Artisan 2016 by the Edible Monterey Bay readers. You can also find some of our hand-crafted confections at local retailers like Felton New Leaf Market. Please visit our Workshop page for a complete class listing. Our class sizes are limited to no more than 10. We are happy to book your private party minimum of 7.
Quail Hollow Kitchens will host a series of sourdough and bread workshops in Fall, Winter and Spring. Since Sourdough is sensitive to temperatures above 85 degrees, we do not host these courses July through August. Instead will be posting a series of pastry courses in June for the Summer heat.
We provide a serene environment in which to enjoy our cooking demonstrations. Class sizes are always small, and parking is easy. We always provide recipes, cooking advice, trends, and events local to the Santa Cruz Mountains.
