Artisanal Sourdough Bread-Making Beginning and Intermediate $65.00

Learn artisanal bread-making techniques that take just minutes a day, like care and feeding sourdough starter for you to enjoy. There's no better smell than just-baked bread. You will learn about bread proofing baskets, bread cooking cloches and hand shaping techniques. This course will also provided demonstrations of sourdough no-knead-sourdough and also demonstration on the longer fermentation of natural leavened breads.  You will leave this course with all recipes and a sourdough starter.
